My name is Dawn Crawley and I am the Owner/Broker of  Dawn Crawley Realty.  My son and I moved to  Seven Lakes, NC, just 10 miles from Pinehurst, 7 years ago to be closer to my family. 
Even though there is a large golfing community here in Moore County, there are also many other activities. One of my favorites is tennis, and there are many players at all levels with a variety of USTA leagues on which to play.

I have a degree from the University of California, Irvine, and some post graduate business courses from California State University, Fullerton.  After working in the accounting field for several years I decided to be a stay at home mom until I moved here to North Carolina.  After I moved to this area I worked  for a local developer for several years, and have been working as an Independent Real Estate Broker for 4 years. I believe that my primary responsibility as a real estate agent is customer satisfaction, which means:
