Year over Year Sales Charts for Moore County Residential Sales

These charts are giving a good indication of a turn around in Residential Sales in Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Seven Lakes and all of Moore County.  There have been four consecutive months of increased unit sales from the same period for the previous year. October of 2009 was the first month since June 2007 that we saw an increase in unit sales.  Average price seems to be stable, but still below 2007 levels, and January of 2009 looks like it was a strong bottom.  These are all good signs of an improving real estate market for this area of North Carolina.
